Meet the Team

Dan Galbally
Director
With 24 years experience within the industry as a paraplanner, adviser and IFA office manager, using his exceptional organisational skills, Dan has brought the Adviser Support Hub to life. As Director, Dan develops the business, maintains client relationships and engages in high level paraplanning work.

Dean Galbally
Head of Operations
With 19 years industry experience behind him now, Dean has reached a very high standard in achieving both Diploma status and the CII Paraplanning Certificate Award. Dean is responsible for ensuring that the paraplanning team are kept busy and working to priorities and deadlines. His technical knowledge is excellent and his common sense approach to his work coupled with his exceptional attention to detail ensure his work is always of a high standard.

Luke Sparkes
Head of Technical Paraplanning
Luke is an experienced Paraplanner, having gained 14 years’ experience in the industry prior to joining In Partnership in 2021. He is also Chartered and a Fellow of the PFS, having won the Professional Paraplanner of the Year award in 2024. Luke is the Paraplanning representative for the IP Network Investment Committee and has helped to shape the composition of the In Partnership MPS’. In addition, he is also a member of the PFS Paraplanning Panel and has helped shape the initiatives of the PFS for Paraplanners since August 2024. Luke loves spending time with family and keeping fit, especially partaking in Hyrox events.

Helen Lyman
Paraplanning Team Coordinator
Helen has worked in Financial Services since 2022. She quickly progressed from administrator to Technical Paraplanner, then Paraplanning Team Leader and finally joined TASH as the Paraplanning Team Coordinator in May 2024. She has a BA (Hons) in Creative and Professional writing in addition to her level 4 Diploma. Helen ensures the smooth running of work across the team, achieved by efficient delegation and oversight of timescales.

Rosella Fretten
Paraplanning Team Leader
Rosella returned to TASH in April 2021. She had previously worked for us for 6 years. She has returned to lead a team of Paraplanners, and brings with her a wealth of experience. She is Level 4 diploma qualified. She has a friendly, 'can-do' approach to her work and bright personality - nothing is too much trouble.

Adam Wilson
Paraplanning Team Leader
Adam joined us in 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds the DipFA qualification and has spent the past nine years specialising in paraplanning. Starting as a Senior Paraplanner, Adam quickly progressed to Team Leader, where he now oversees the paraplanning team and supports the delivery of high-quality advice and client service. His background as an Independent Financial Adviser gives him a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of both client needs and technical requirements.

Eleanor Youd
Senior Paraplanner
Eleanor has been in the industry for 17 years and attained her Diploma in 2011. She also has a BA (hons) Degree in Social Sciences. Technically very good and logical in her approach to her work, Eleanor has been an excellent addition to the team since joining us in the Summer 2014 .

Tamsin Taylor
Senior Paraplanner
Tamsin has over six years of experience within the Financial Services industry. She is Level 4 Diploma qualified and is currently working towards achieving Chartered status. Tamsin has been in the Financial Services industry for 6 years, having previously worked as a Paraplanner for an established IFA at AFH Wealth Management, and earlier as an Administrator at LV= Financial Services. Tamsin applies her excellent knowledge and attention to detail to support our clients and mentor newer team members.

Liam Harrison
Senior Paraplanner
Liam joined TASH in June 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from previous paraplanning and taxation roles across the financial services industry. As a highly experienced senior professional, he has a strong technical background in tax planning, investments, and pension transfers. Liam is known for his meticulous approach, technical expertise, and collaborative attitude - always ready to support the team and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Dominic Snoad
Senior Paraplanner
Dominic is a Level 4 Diploma qualified paraplanner who has been working in the finance industry for 10 years. He has experience as an Independent Financial Adviser but prefers the report writing, research and technical aspect of the paraplanner role

Cara Herdman
Senior Paraplanner
Cara joined us in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in financial planning. Prior to joining the team, she was a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Now a Senior Paraplanner, Cara draws on her extensive background to support the advice process with insight, precision, and a client-focused approach. Her experience across a wide range of financial planning areas makes her a valuable resource for both advisers and clients alike.

Steven Burgess
Senior Paraplanner
Steven Joined TASH in August 2024, having already achieved his Diploma Status. Having spent the last 15 years in financial services, including advising, he has gained valuable experience within the industry. Personally, Steven loves watching and playing football, spending time with his young family and last year was honoured be have been able to join Mensa.

Fran Sitton
Senior Paraplanner
Following a career break for her family and a move from London to greener pastures. Fran Joined us as a Senior Paraplanner in December 2024. She previously enjoyed 10 years working as a financial adviser within major high street banks. Fran wanted to enjoy a better work life balance and now works part time assisting our advisers in achieving the best goals for their clients - from behind the scenes. Fran is diploma qualified and obtained her first chartered exam whist working as an adviser. She brings a great level of hands-on job experience and knowledge to the team.

Emmanuel Baiden
Senior Paraplanner
Emmanuel is a seasoned Technical Paraplanner and Investment Analyst with over ten years’ experience in financial services. He has worked with UHNWI, family offices, and private clients, delivering strategic planning across complex, multi-asset portfolios. Prior to joining The Adviser Support Hub, he held roles at Balfour Capital Group and St. James’s Place. Emmanuel holds an MSc in Investment & Risk Finance and is part-qualified in the CISI Level 7 Wealth Management Diploma. His expertise spans pension transfers, SIPP drawdown, and estate planning. Outside work, he enjoys family time, travelling, football, golf, and attending live sports events.

Karl Constantinou
Paraplanner
Karl joined TASH in February 2022 and is a Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Karl previously worked in Collections for RBS as a Debt Manager and then as an Administrator for an established IFA firm in Central London.

Joshua Bassett
Paraplanner
Josh joined us in August 2021 and is a Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner, with 6 years industry experience. ​ He focuses on producing accurate Annual Review Letters on a daily basis and is part of Rosella Fretten's team.

Rhys Webb
Paraplanner
Rhys joined TASH in July 2024. He has been in the industry for 3 years, but prior to this he sought further education and self-funded his Level 4 Financial Advice qualification, which he passed in May 2022. ​ Rhys describes himself as driven, eager to learn and itching to improve and add value.

Billy Stone
Paraplanner
Billy joined us in May 2022 as a Trainee Paraplanner. Prior to joining us, Billy spent time working for an established IFA firm within a general admin role, furthermore he is an Economics graduate (1st). Billy is also a Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner.

Elena Woolnough-Crew
Paraplanning Executive Assistant
Elena joined TASH in January 2022 and has four years of experience in the financial services industry. She plays a key role across both operations and paraplanning, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and supporting the wider team with her knowledge and experience. She is currently working toward her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has successfully completed R01 through R04. Elena is also often the first point of contact for clients - if you call the office, chances are you’ll be greeted by her friendly and professional voice.

Joseph Cox
Trainee Paraplanner
Joe joined TASH in July 2023. Prior to joining us, Joe gained experience within the industry working for James Hay for 3 years as a Client Service Executive. Joe has already established himself as a key member within Rosella's Paraplanning Team, and has now begun his RO exam journey, with aspirations of achieving his Level 4 Diploma.

Marcus Nelmes
Trainee Paraplanner
Marcus joined the company in October 2024, embarking on his first role within the financial services industry. He currently holds the R01 and R05 qualification and is actively working towards Diploma status. With a strong enthusiasm for learning and a keen eye for detail, Marcus is committed to building a solid foundation in paraplanning. Outside of work, he’s a passionate sports fan and a proud supporter of Brentford FC.
